My recent stay was quite the mixed bag. The pool was a highlight—huge and clean, perfect for relaxation. Yet, the room showed signs of neglect with issues like an improper shower curtain and some cleanliness concerns. The location is excellent, and the staff was friendly, but many improvements are necessary.

Not the worst stay, but definitely needs some updates.

The location was ideal for our visit as it was close to the AT&T Center and other attractions. The staff were friendly which made our stay enjoyable. However, the bathroom was quite small and I felt that the room could use more electrical outlets for convenience.

Honestly, for the price and location you won’t find anything that beats this place. The beds could use some upgrades.

We hit up the Alamo and caught a show at the Majestic Theater while enjoying the huge pool on-site. The place was a solid home base for exploring all the fun around, with friendly staff making everything easy for us.

But, the AC in our room struggled to keep up, which made for some uncomfortable nights.

great access to parks and major attractions in san antonio

during my stay, i truly appreciated the close proximity to the beautiful san antonio botanical garden, which made for a lovely afternoon stroll, and the fact that the alamo was just around 5 km away was a great bonus for sightseeing.

The attentive staff quickly provided us with extra towels when we asked, but the room's lingering smoke smell was disappointing.
